Use it as a straw from suitable freshwater, or connect it to compatible bottles, water bags, and drink bottles. The standard 28mm (1.1 inch) thread suits common bottle-cap fittings, so the setup stays flexible. The included extension tube, water bag, lanyard, protective cap, and back clearing syringe help keep the kit usable.

Inside, the filter combines a hollow-fibre UF membrane with coconut activated carbon. The 0.2 micron membrane gives you a fine filtration barrier for untreated freshwater sources. Use supplier instructions carefully, especially when water quality is uncertain.

This filter is not suitable for salt water. It should also stay between 0 C and 30 C (32 F and 86 F). Choose the size that suits your trip length, then keep the accessories together for the next refill stop.
